As a kid, Adam Sigal always wanted to be a sci-fi and fantasy novelist. His dad introduced him very young to stuff like Lord of the Rings, Asimov, Heinlein, Bradbury, and his interest grew from there. Adam actually published a sci-fi novel when he was 18-years-old. Shortly after graduating from high school in 2000, Adam moved out to Los Angeles to pursue a Hollywood career as a writer/director/producer. Like so many others following the same dream, he took a "survival job" as a private investigator, which he did for almost 12 years. The experience allowed him to see so many sides of society that he absolutely would not have otherwise, and it really influenced his writing and worldview. Adam's first real film as a writer and director was in 2015 with "When the Starlight Ends," a comedy/drama about a writer who goes through a terrible breakup and decides to rewrite his life the way he wanted it to go. His second feature film as a writer and director came in 2019 with "Stakeout," a mostly autobiographical account of his experiences as a private investigator working in Los Angeles. Most recently, Adam wrapped his third feature film, "The Chariot," a sci-fi drama toplined by John Malkovich, Thomas Mann and Rosa Salazar. The movie - which also stars Shane West, Scout Taylor Compton, Vernon Davis, Chris Mullinax and Joseph Baena-Schwarzenegger - tells the story of a corporation and doctor (Malkovich) that oversees the process of reincarnation, and a young man (Mann) who becomes a glitch in the system when he encounters a woman (Salazar) he loved in a previous life.

Adam Sina (formally Adam Henderson-Scott) was born in Newcastle upon Tyne, England as Adam Sina Karimi-Rad to an English Mother and Iranian Father. Following in the footsteps of other notable Scots actors like Billy Boyd, David Tennant, Daniela Nardini and Robert Carlyle, he graduated, after three years, with a BA in Acting. His first professional job came along, while still in his final year, when he appeared in the famous Kings Theatre Panto, with Elaine C. Smith and the late Gerard Kelly. He was also spotted during his last year at college and picked to star in Channel 4's fictional boy-band Mocumentary, Boyz Unlimited (1999), with 'James Cordon'. After spending some time in London, where he formed his own theater company, "Jockney Productions", and wrote his first play, "Disintigration", he was cast in the movie, To End All Wars (2001), an epic POW film set during World War 2. Filmed in Hawaii with a stellar cast, including Kiefer Sutherland, Robert Carlyle and James Cosmo, this film also introduced Adam to his future wife, Michelle Kath, who was visiting her stepfather, Kiefer Sutherland, on the set. After To End All Wars (2001), Adam returned to the UK and appeared in many television series, including Hollyoaks: Movin' On (2001), As If (2001), Holby City (1999) and, perhaps most memorably, as the bleached-blonde air steward "Will O'Brian" in Mile High (2003). After a few years of dividing his time between London and Los Angeles, Adam and Michelle were married in Edinburgh and, eventually, settled in Los Angeles in 2005. Since then, Adam has worked on a variety of US television and film projects, including Painkiller Jane (2007), with Kristanna Loken, National Lampoon's Van Wilder 2: The Rise of Taj (2006), The Summit (2008), with Christopher Plummer, Rachelle Lefevre and James Purefoy, the award-winning The Day of the Triffids (2009), with Dougray Scott, Eddie Izzard and Joely Richardson. 2011 looks set to be the biggest year for Adam to date. At the end of 2010, he beat off stiff competition to land his first leading film role, as "Lloyd Buist", in the adaptation of Irvine Welsh's critically- acclaimed novel, "Ecstasy". This highly-anticipated movie, Ecstasy (2011), also starring Kristin Kreuk (Smallville (2001)) and Billy Boyd ("Lord Of The Rings"), will be released, internationally, at the end of 2011. In another starring role, Adam recently became a father for the second time to baby Quinn Sinclair, a little brother for six-year-old Hamish Sinclair.
